Terms of Service
These Terms of Service outline the guidelines, expectations, and responsibilities for all services provided by Paradise Valley Sweets, including candy buffets, gelato catering, sorbet service, and all related products. By booking with us or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms.
1. Custom Services
All candy buffets, gelato catering, sorbets, and event services are custom prepared for each client. Design elements, flavors, quantities, and setup needs are planned based on the details provided at the time of booking.
Any changes must be communicated as early as possible.
2. Payments
A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your event date. The remaining balance, if applicable, is due by the date stated on your invoice. Events are not considered confirmed until payment is received.
3. Refunds
Paradise Valley Sweets has a No Refund Policy for Candy Buffets and Gelato
Catering services, as each event is custom prepared just for you. That said, your happiness means everything to us. If something is not right or you would
like to request a refund, please reach out. We truly want to make it right.
Candy, gelato, and sorbet are meant to bring joy, not stress. If you are not delighted, let us know so we can fix it and ensure you leave with a smile.
4. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. While payments are non refundable, we will always do our best to work with you and offer alternatives when possible.
5. Allergies and Dietary Preferences
Many of our products are gluten free or can be made vegan upon request. However, we cannot guarantee that our kitchen environment is completely free from allergens. It is the clientโs responsibility to inform guests of ingredients or potential allergens. We are happy to provide lists of flavors and ingredients upon request.
6. Event Requirements
Clients are responsible for securing any necessary venue approvals, permits, or access instructions for setup. Paradise Valley Sweets must be informed of loading docks, parking, time restrictions, or event-specific rules prior to arrival. Any delays caused by incomplete instructions may affect
service time.
7. Setup and Breakdown
Setup and breakdown times must be scheduled in advance. We take great care in our displays and equipment and expect a safe, accessible space for setup. The client is responsible for ensuring adequate space for tables, carts, bikes, or freezers based on the service selected.
8. Product Handling
Once products or treats have been delivered or setup is complete, the client assumes responsibility for proper handling. For safety and quality reasons, we cannot guarantee products that are moved, repositioned, or left out longer than recommended.
9. Branding and Photography
Paradise Valley Sweets reserves the right to photograph our setups and use images for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested by the client in writing prior to the event. We also respect privacy and will not photograph guests without permission.
10. Communication
Clear and timely communication ensures the best experience. Clients agree to provide accurate event details, respond to questions or confirmations, and update us regarding any changes.
11. Limitation of Liability
Paradise Valley Sweets is not responsible for damages or losses caused by weather, venue restrictions, guest behavior, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the services purchased.
12. Agreement
By booking an event, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you have questions, please reach out. We are here to help and ensure your experience is unforgettable.
