Gluten free never has to mean flavor free. At Paradise Valley Sweets, almost everything we make is naturally gluten free and full of bright, delicious personality.
All of our Sorbets are completely gluten free. All of our Gelatos are gluten free as well unless we mix in something that contains gluten, such as crushed Oreos, pieces of cake for our Birthday Cake Gelato, or the waffle shell used for our Gelato Tacos.
If you need gluten free options, just let us know. We can guide you toward the flavors that are naturally gluten free and help you choose treats that fit your celebration perfectly. Sweet, simple, and safe for everyone to enjoy. ๐จโจ
Your peace of mind matters. All of our gelatos and sorbets are nut free, including our Hazelnut and Pistachio flavors, which are crafted without using any nuts.
Please note that the waffle mix used for our Gelato Tacos is produced in a facility that also processes peanuts, milk, eggs, soy, wheat, and other nuts.
If you or a guest has a peanut allergy, please let us know when placing your order. We take allergies very seriously and use dedicated ice cream machines to prepare allergy safe batches. Sharing allergy information in advance allows us to prepare everything with the highest level of care and attention.
